The platform is intended for approved business users. Account applications may be reviewed, approved, limited, suspended or declined by SAE.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

Product details may come from SAE, suppliers or connected data sources. We take reasonable care with catalogue information, but availability, specifications, media, lead times and prices can change.

A displayed item is not guaranteed until the relevant hold, order, purchase or memo allocation is confirmed.

Holds are temporary and may expire automatically. Memo stock remains subject to the agreed memo arrangement and any separate commercial terms between SAE and the retailer.

Purchase pricing, GST, shipping and other charges are confirmed through the applicable invoice or agreed commercial terms.

Supplier/API items may become unavailable before an order is confirmed. If this happens, SAE may contact the retailer to discuss an alternative item, revised timing or cancellation of the affected request.

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or redistribute restricted catalogue data, interfere with security controls, or use retailer-only information outside the purpose for which access was granted.

We may update the platform and these terms as the service develops. Material changes may be communicated through the platform or other normal business channels.
